This study included 207 elementary 6th grade students and 13 elementary teachers by conducting open questions of implicit knowledge, leadership test(KEDI, 2006) and Creativity Inventory for Young Students(Choe, I. S. & Lee, J. G., 2004). The result are summarized as follows; First, it showed that implicit knowledge of childrens leadership between teachers and children were different to some degree. Second, there were differences of percived leaders between teachers and children in a classroom. It was caused by the difference of implicit knowledge. This supported that the perception of leader was influenced by implicit knowledge. Finally, it showed that the score of perceived leaders by teachers and children was higher than general children in children's creativity and leadership.
